The charismatic Gomolemo Mohapi is a young, passionate Applications Development student from the Durban University of Technology (DUT), who is completing his Advanced Diploma in ICT. He has a keen interest in learning about Microsoft tools and technologies such as C#, .Net and Microsoft Azure.

There were 40 first-year-students living with disabilities from the Durban and Midlands campuses, who were given an opportunity to learn and engage with various matters pertaining to disability at campus level, at the recent Durban University of Technology’s (DUT’s) first Disability Rights Orientation Day on Friday, 7 February 2020, at Ritson Campus.

Keeping up with international trends is key for every institution, especially at the Durban University of Technology (DUT), and having academics at the forefront for various forums is vital for the university. DUT’s Dr Lavern Samuels: Director: International Education and Partnerships was recently elected as the Chair of the Directors Forum of the International Education Association of South Africa.
