The Alberta government is asking the public to weigh in on how Alberta regulates trucking, bus and service companies.

The Government of Alberta is reviewing regulations for the commercial transportation industry to reduce red tape and remove redundant regulations on job creators.

Albertans can have their say on commercial transportation rules, and how they can be improved, through an online survey from February 18 to March 18.

Alberta Beef Industry Conference Session  Spotlight: Advancing Canadian Beef Sustainability

Hear from Cargill and McDonald’s about launching the CRSB’s Certified Sustainable Beef framework in Canada. Learn about the latest updates on Cargill’s program and the impact of McDonald’s campaign to promote Canadian beef sustainability to consumers.

The Animal Health Emergency Management Project is focused on minimizing serious animal disease impact through enhanced industry awareness, capacity, confidence.

On March 6, a Serious Animal Disease Emergency Management workshop will be hosted in Red Deer and will run through a few disease related emergency scenario exercises to test preparedness.
