Hi Fellow Choristers
March 28th and April 18th are the two dates that have been selected for us to host our Dinner For 8 Event.
Currently I am formulating a menu that will hopefully satisfy both groups but right now I am looking for some help.
I need approximately 4-6 people to help out with the following duties….
- Assist in food prep the day of.
- Assist in plating.
- Serving our guests.
- Wine server.
- Busing table.
- Clean up.
Also I am looking for at least one soul out there that would like to take a crack at preparing a dish. Recipe will be provided.
Please let me know before the end of this month so that I can get everything organized since I will be out of the country for 10 days in March.
