During this informal online gathering, ITEST projects can meet STELAR's survey coordinator, Brianna Roche, to learn tips for completion and how to avoid common pitfalls. Bring your questions about the survey and connect with others in the ITEST community.
Topics will include:
How to report on who your project has served
What resources can be shared with the ITEST community
How this information is different than your annual report to NSF
What this data is used for and why you should contribute!
Be sure to bring your questions to this ITEST project only event!
The 2020 call for proposals for the American Evaluation Association's conference - Evaluation 2020 - is now open! AEA seeks session proposals that reflect this year's theme, “How will you shine your light?”AEA President Aimee White asks the community to reflect on this question, as she describes the inspiration for this year's theme:
Is it through making sure all stakeholder voices are included, particularly those who are often in the dark? Is it through shining light on the historical imperative associated with certain evaluation methods/practices? Is it through illuminating new levels of rigor that can be associated with many evaluation methods/practices? Is it by shining the light on the pathway to evaluation for new professionals? Is it by creating new evaluation theories, methods, or practices?
ITEST projects have an opportunity to share how our projects are engaging with youth underrepresented in STEM, and working alongside communities and stakeholders in support of this work. We encourage you to:
Contribute to the conversation by submitting a proposal for one of several presentation types.

The NSF ITEST Principal Investigator and Evaluator Summit will not be held this year, as we are at work developing ways to engage the community through smaller meetings and in different formats. The next PI meeting will be held in 2021.
We encourage projects to explore other convenings and conferences - if you have suggestions that would be good venues for ITEST projects, please share these opportunities with us via email.
