MINDFUL COMPASSION PRACTICE
Join us in cultivating mindful compassion through guided meditation and discussion. We will be working with The Thirty-Seven Practices of Bodhisattvas, an oral teaching by Geshe Sonam Rinchen, edited and translated by Ruth Sonam. We will have copies of the 37 practices, without commentary, available for those who need it.

AFRICAN DRUMMING CLASS
Join us for a fun African drumming class! We learn and play songs from a variety of
West African countries, all of which have been passed on directly by master players and teachers. Release stress, enjoy some uplifting songs, and build connection to our community. No experience is required. Bring your drum or, if needed, drums
will be available to use.
The class is $10 for our teacher and space rental; drum rental is $2.50.
Scholarships are available.
