EGR Music Boosters are Looking for Volunteers for 2020/2021 School Year
If you have some extra time and want to support our music program please consider volunteering your time

Membership chair: open position  responsibilities include keeping track of current members and associated levels, representing music boosters at the EGR Foundation meeting to support Encore membership, fielding any membership questions, attendance at open house for MS/HS tables to advertise all the support the Music Boosters provide

Co Treasurer position: Duties include supporting the Treasurer in shared responsibilities for making deposits, coordinating online banking payments, Accounts Receivable and Payable correspondence, supporting onsite fundraising cash box needs, providing status reports for fundraising efforts including net profitability, preparing budget prior to new fiscal year (FY) start, closing budget and providing tax information to the umbrella organization at FY end

Secretary position: Duties include taking minutes at board/membership meetings, circulating minutes to attendees, filing minutes and other yearly documents in the google drive, creating and distributing monthly mailchimp newsletters, updating mailchimp email addresses from new members, sending out periodic communications for MS and HS newsletters, assisting with various fundraisers.
