Dear Aqua Vitae Member

We’re now well into 2020 and I wanted to thank you for your continued support of Aqua Vitae. We pride ourselves on our thriving club membership and I am very grateful to all our members who, are at the heart of everything we do. 

We want to introduce new classes in order to offer the greatest choice to you all and this has necessitated recent changes in the timetable about which, I know, there has been concern from some members. I realise that we have made some mistakes doing this for which I apologise, but which I am determined to rectify. When we look at offering new classes in the future, please rest assured that we will not forget the popular classes that we know you all love but we will continue to give you all the opportunity to try new additions to the timetable.

I am always eager to hear your feedback on changes and I will do all I can to find solutions to any issues which may arise. 

One of these, which I am looking at again, is the working of the recently introduced app. I think everyone will agree that it has many excellent features and it has been widely welcomed by members, but I have been made aware of concerns with certain aspects of it, including the booking process. I will pay careful heed to these concerns; however, we must allow the process to bed in, allowing everyone, including our team, to become completely familiar with the system.

Turning to exciting new developments, I am pleased to say that we will be starting the refurbishment of the ladies’ changing rooms in March, which I'm sure will be welcomed. This work will present some short term challenges which we will communicate out shortly to the membership.
