Update: Currently ANT is at FLOODCON 2 flood readiness status (see scale below)
The river levels have started to return to Amber and Green levels on some reaches, however following the flooding there is expected to be further damage to the navigation. If you are planning to navigate when the levels return to AMBER or GREEN call the incident concernhotline below for advice.
Before this weather event the following stoppages were in place:
Evesham Lock - upstream entrance blocked with debris
Barton Lock - upstream gate failure
Warnings of shallows, flotsam and jetsam on all reaches. Shallows have been identified at Nafford, Pershore and Fladbury lock entrances. The navigation will have further issues following this weather event.
