We are a charity based in the beautiful Highland town of Cromarty, on the Black Isle.  Our goals are to promote and embrace the arts, education, environment, history of the Highlands, and the conservation of buildings of historical or architectural importance.

These newsletters go out approximately every fortnight to keep you up to date with all our latest gigs, courses, workshops, exhibitions, news and events.

Our regular sell-out BEGINNERS SEWING WEEKEND still has places! Snap one up while you can - you won't regret it. Suitable for complete novices (even those without a machine!) to those simply keen to refresh old skills or gain confidence to rogress projects at home, this friendly course consistently gets THE best feedback of anything we organise!

THE BRODICK QUARTET

We welcome back The Brodick Quartet after a hugely popular recital last year. Formed in 2016 and comprised of four of Scotland's most promising young string players, this time the quartet bring us a programme of Shostakovich and Beethoven – the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon and kick off our classical series.

CROMARTY UKULELE WEEKEND
20 - 22 March, Old Brewery & Stables, Cromarty
New workshops by tutor Finlay Allison, fresh from Celtic Connections: 'Ukeing the Blues', 'Jug Band Jump!', 'Scottish Favourites' and 'Beatles on Uke'. Come to as many or few as you like, join in with meals and evening sessions or full residential packages too.
Plus...COMPLETE BEGINNER workshop, Sat 21st, 11-12.30 followed by IMPROVERS CLASS, 2.30-4. £10 each - come to one or be brave and try both! We can supply an instrument if need be.
