Participating will help students learn to find answers to their own questions about their faith, especially in creation/evolution. They will also develop skills in thinking logically, researching a topic, writing clearly and using needed computer software. The cash prizes should provide an additional incentive!

There is practically no limit to the topics that you could write on for this contest! There's a list of suggestions on our website. We have found that the deeper we look into creation, the more we see the work of an awesome Creator!

Creation Science on the Streets: Sharing the Creation Gospel in a Pagan Culture

with Mr. Ralph Davis

Mr. Ralph Davis Why, in this "scientific" age, should the Gospel of Christ be increasingly hard for people to believe? How do we evangelize a culture that no longer accepts Biblical authority? Come discover one of the most powerful means of evangelism for today's world, that you can use to reach our once-Christian culture.

For several years, Ralph and a few others have been sharing information about creation and science with students outside of high schools. School administrators would prefer that they “not be there” but they know we have the right to distribute literature under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: free speech still exists! We only need to exercise this right to share the Gospel.

Video from February Meeting:
Science, Creation and the Power of Stories

MCF's January 2020 meeting with Mr. Duane Caldwell

Are people truly free to believe? Americans are fond of our freedoms: Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, etc. What about the freedom to believe that which is true? Do we have that freedom? The answer is a mitigated "yes". Come find out how the stories we accept as true affect our deepest held beliefs.
There are more events here! ...And more videos here!

Normally, MCF's meetings are on the first Monday of the month and the next day -- except around holidays, such as Labor Day.  Locations are in Lindenhurst and Carol Stream, Illinois, and we're opening a new third location south of Chicago. We do not charge, but a freewill offering would be appreciated, to help with expenses. Everyone is welcome!
