Coronavirus Information

Rutgers University has been carefully monitoring the reports and updated guidance from national and regional health agencies concerning the new coronavirus that arose from the area of Wuhan, China in December 2019 (2019-nCoV). Currently New Jersey does not have any confirmed cases of the 2019-nCoV novel coronavirus.  While there are no suspected cases at Rutgers, we are coordinating response plans with the appropriate agencies and our health services teams have already put measures into place to screen symptoms and establish safeguards in the event that a Rutgers community member is identified with the virus.

Additionally, we understand that many are concerned about the international outbreak, and to help address some of these concerns, we have published a
landing page that is regularly updated to provide accurate, timely and consistent information to the university community about the virus and the university's activities to address the issue. Please click here for more information.
