ACTION PLAN

GLOBE and HRM will meet on Wednesday 25 March at 12:30 to discuss an action plan for LGBTI inclusion at the OECD. This is one of our flagship initiatives for the year. Discussion began at our annual general meeting and will continue with this brown bag lunch.

JOINT BOOK CLUB

The Women’s Network Book Club and GLOBE will be holding a Special Joint Session on Thursday 26 March at 12.30 to discuss the renowned book “Gender Trouble: Feminism and the Subversion of Identity” by Judith Butler. This book is considered pivotal for feminism, lesbian and gay studies and even foundational to queer theory and the advancing of dissident sexual practices during the 1990s.
Discussion is open to everyone. The session will be led by two discussants, Andrea Marín Odio and Taylor Raffa (GLOBE Board Member) and moderated by Cynthia Lavison.

Please forward this invitation widely, and encourage your colleagues from all gender identities to come and join the discussion!
