  Tax season is here!
We have the forms! 1040 forms and 1040-SR forms (for seniors) that is.  As with last year, the IRS calls the 1040 form a booklet as this “booklet” contains the 1040 form along with schedules 1-3 AND 1040-SR. This is not to be confused with the instruction booklet.  If patrons need any other form besides the 1040 form, we are happy to help print those out at .10 cents/page single sided, or .15 cents per page double sided (schedules, W4s, W9s, etc.).
What is the Chilton Library?

Mike Morin, morning cohost on Frank FM’s four New Hampshire radio stations, has collected short clips from some of the greatest radio entertainers of the past century. His slide and audio presentation is a tribute to radio and includes Milton Berle, Jack Benny, Groucho Marx, Orson Welles, and several memorable Boston radio personalities. Morin, whose own broadcast career is in its 50th year, brings radio history alive.

Katherine Gaudet presents: Hooked: Narratives of Addiction, Recovery, and Redemption.
Thursday, March 26th, 5:30 p.m.
In the midst of New Hampshire’s opioid crisis, we are far from the time when addiction was an unfamiliar and even taboo subject. Narratives of addiction and recovery have become their own genre, with familiar shapes and forms that reflect deep cultural ideas about morality, free will, and social responsibility. This talk will explore some of the most common stories about addiction, providing tools for understanding on a narrative and structural level.

This is a New Hampshire Humanities to Go Program

When someone is showing signs of dementia, it’s time to talk. Often, conversations with family about changing behaviors can be challenging and uncomfortable. This program provides tips for breaking the ice with your family so you can address some of the most common issues that are difficult to discuss: going to the doctor for a diagnosis or medical treatment, deciding when to stop driving, and making legal and financial plans for future care.

Please register for this event so we can provide an accurate count to the sponsors: the Alzheimer's Association!
