Want to Change Your Life? Start with Love

Kelly Robbins, RScP

Love. In many ways indescribable and difficult to define. We can’t see or touch love, but we recognize it when we feel it. Rather than something you do or say, love is a state of being. Love is the underlying energy behind all aspects of the Divine. Love is the core, the pure essence of our light. If you are struggling in an area of life, take a moment and examine where or how you can add love to the experience. Love is one of the most powerful of energies to play with because love is the energy of God.... Click here to continue reading Kelly's column.

Town Hall Meeting

Town Hall Meeting

Sunday February 23
11:30 am (during potluck)

Dear wonderful community:  Please join us after service February 23 for food and more talk about the future. Center for Spiritual Living Boulder Valley is about us, and more specifically, about you.  We know that Spirit always says 'Yes!' so our job -- each of us individually -- is to know what we want. At the last Town Hall we were all given an assignment: to be really clear about what we want in a minister and in a spiritual center. If we were hiring the perfect minister just for you, what would that person be like? And if we were redesigning this place to be the perfect spiritual community just for you, what would it be like?

Our plan forward has not yet coalesced but it will, and it will be the perfect spiritual center for us. We know that Spirit is guiding every step and that the future is going to be wonderful. We bless Reverend Lea as she goes on to greater things and we know that we ourselves are also stepping into greatness. I look forward to hearing all of your ideas next Sunday.
- Catherine Snider, Board President

Third Thursday Spiritual Gathering

The Empowered Empath

Thursday February 20
Presented by Miwa Mauk

Come learn how to be an effective empath, where you can help other people by feeling what they are feeling, while not absorbing or taking on their problems. Love Offering Accepted.

Potluck After Service

Sunday, February 23rd
(last Sunday of the month, as usual)

Join us for the potluck after the service. The potluck is held at the Center, with the food laid out in Celebration Hall and tables in the sanctuary. This is a great time to enjoy the community and get to know each other better. Come even if you don't bring food. We always have plenty! Town Hall to take place during.

Meditation for Peace

Wednesday March 4
6:30 pm - 7:15 pm

Join us at the Center as Barbra Fang Babcock, RScP, leads us in a meditation for peace. The session lasts about 45 minutes and facilitates both personal and global peace.
