Join me for this Qigong weekend retreat
March 13-15 at the Osage Forest of Peace.
Experienced and novice practitioners will learn from this weekend immersion into the infinite possibilities of Qi.
Qigong (chee-energy, kung-cultivation) is an ancient Chinese art form that uses gentle, fluid motion to enhance and improve the flow of energy through your body. If dis-ease is caused by the lack of energy or the stagnation of energy then Qigong is its antidote. Sometimes called “moving meditation”, qigong engages your mind and improves focus while improving your health. Qigong can be done by anyone, sitting, standing, or even lying down. During this weekend retreat, we’ll explore the infinite possibilities of Qi through a variety of qigong techniques that can easily be incorporated into your own, on-going practice at home.
