Chinese Factory Shut-Downs Causing Delays
Are you renovating?
We wanted to inform you that we have started experiencing some delays in stock due to the coronavirus causing a shut down of Chinese factories.
At Restoration Online we source our products both locally and from overseas. A significant number of items are manufactured in China- or have components sourced from China.
Unfortunately our suppliers are expecting an increase in out of stock items and delays in the coming months.
We recommend ordering any fixtures you may need for any upcoming projects asap to ensure you don't miss out.
Back Orders
Our process for back orders is second to none, we ensure you are fully informed and updated regularly. Should you order a product that is out of stock, as always we will contact you immediately with the ETA we have. At that point you are welcome to cancel, swap or place on back order. If you place an item on back order you will receive a weekly email update and can cancel at any time for a full refund.
Please rest assured we are doing what we can on our end to reduce any stock outages during this time.
