Improving our awareness of mental health

In February, we were delighted to have Becki Coombe from Learn2Group as our Donut Time guest speaker when she delivered a really interesting mini-talk on mental health awareness.

Becki demonstrated in a positive way how we all need to take care of our mental health, that it is not something to be ignored and that a little kindness and care to others goes a long way!  Why not give yourself a few minutes to check out Becki's article here.
