There are a number of really good old Barolo and Barbaresco producers who have been hiding in full sight for decades, just waiting for us to stumble over them, try a bottle or two and realize what we've missed. Enrico Serafino is one of these. Most recently, a delicious bottle of the '61 Barolo Riserva was a reminder to look out for more.
