In two weeks time all of the work of the Committee, volunteers and staff will come to fruition. The arena will be built, the sound and lights installed, artwork and flags flying high, artists from around the world will have checked in and been welcomed by the wonderful team at Performer Reception …..and at 5:30pm on Friday 6 March, the gates will open for the 44th Port Fairy Folk Festival.
Getting Here
For the past four years we have proudly worked with
TAC to support and promote safe driving behaviour. Unless you are a local, or catching public transport, it is a long drive. Please make sure you plan your trip and rest and revive. Once at the festival there is the TAC Towards Zero Port Fairy Shuttle Bus, which loops the Village of Port Fairy. If you live or are staying in Warrnambool there is the Festival Bus Service which is provided with great support from TAC. The timetables are available here:

Collecting Your Tickets and Program
Wristband and program collection will take place at the Ticket Exchange located at the Southcombe Park Sports Complex’s basketball stadium, Campbell St, Port Fairy. Remember to have a print out of your ticket or your E Ticket on your mobile device.
Drink tickets for the Shebeen and Speakeasy will also be available for purchase at the Stadium on Friday night.
