Gifted Deposits
 

If your customer is buying a new home, don’t forget Metro Bank will accept a deposit gifted from a close family relative with no maximum value.
 
From the 3 March 2020, for any new applications, the Gifted Mortgage Deposit Form must be completed and uploaded to the case via the mortgage portal.

Joint Borrower, Sole Proprietor highlights

• Up to four applicants on the mortgage, with a minimum of one applicant on the
  property deeds
• All four incomes considered at 100% on residential applications
• Maximum age 80 considered (mortgage term based on the oldest applicant)
