The Best Biohacking Books
Back in 2010 I came across a book called The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss that heavily inspired my pursuit of self-optimization via self-experimentation. So what about today? I have compiled a list of what I feel are the best books on the subjects of biohacking and self-optimization, from great general books for beginners and curiosity seekers to more advanced topics like breathwork, quantum biology, physiological regulatory systems, and structured water. Enjoy!

Sonic Sleep Coach App
Speaking of sleep, want even more out of your Ōura Ring? My friend Daniel Gartenberg PhD developed an app called Sonic Sleep Coach that now seamlessly augments the device (also works with all major sleep trackers like Apple Watch, Biostrap, Garmin, Beddit, etc.). Learn more here. They even provide a sleep coaching service.
