That's the title of my latest blog post. It's about how positive thinking didn't work for me by itself, and what I found that did actually help me make lasting changes.
In the spiritual world, we hear a lot about how our thinking is manifesting our lives. That idea caused me a lot of stress. If my life went "wrong" I felt like it was all my fault and something was really "wrong" with me and my thinking. Until I realized we are misusing the term thinking. So to help us understand, that's what I wrote about. Leading into an explanation of the emotional healing techniques referred to as Parts Work.
