Leg lifts strengthen your thighs and tummy muscles.
In a sitting position, feet pointing straight ahead:
Lift one leg up off the chair, just enough to circle your leg in your hip.
Make 5 small circles one direction, then 5 the other direction.
Then switch to the other leg. You will be working many muscles!
