Join Wynter for a fascinating talk on the keys to learning how to communicate with all species. Then move into your animal body with Kathy Wolstenholme, founder of Nia Dance in South Africa.
Open your heart and mind, then shift into your body.
No Dance Experience Necessary. Basic, easy to follow.
For anyone who has a Body and a Willing Heart.
Time: Talk at 11:00-11:50, Dance at 12:00- 13:00

Walk in the Footsteps of the Ancestors

Chief Stephen Fritz will guide this walk up to Ascension Cave, a place used by the first people for healing and guidance. Here, looking out over the valley, Stephen gives a short talk and leads a meditation. The walk then takes us down to Peers Cave, a sacred burial site of the Khoi, for a traditional ceremony giving thanks to the Ancestors and the Creator.

Meet at the parking for the hiking path to Peers Cave on Ou Kaapse Weg, Silvermine.
There will be a car guard, so your belongings will be safe.
