Hello <<First Name>>,

Here's a painting I was working on. I had a vision for it and something just wasn't right. After some time, I realized it was the stars -- there were too few of them and they weren't big and bright enough.
So I made them bigger -- just a little bit though, as the white was very visible against the blue background so big changes could potentially be too much. So I progressed slowly, making them a tiny bit larger each time, and eventually realized...
That I can just go for it! I was limiting the painting by playing it safe. So I stepped out of my comfort zone and painted these gigantic, non-perfect stars. And it was liberating! The painting seems to be breathing a lot easier.
(Still in progress)
All paintings have a desire to expand and grow. When that's not fulfilled, the poor painting feels stuck, stressed, and frustrated. So, let it shine! ✨

And this parallels with my own experiences. I used to be tired most of the time and I thought perhaps I'm simply not a high-energy person, but the truth was I wasn't using my energy; I was holding it in. Once I learned how to get my energy moving, I started feeling much more happy, motivated, and alive.

So just let it shine. 💓
Here's a necklace I painted to remind myself I'm a UNICORN <3
