Early Bird Registration is now open!

We’re currently working on the details of the 5th Annual Green Schools Conference and are excited about the opportunities this year's conference will provide to support greener, healthier schools. Early bird registration is now open through June 14, 2020.

February GSCM Meeting Recap

We received many exciting proposals to consider as part of the 5th Annual Green Schools Conference. Attendees of the February GSCM meeting reviewed session ideas and voted for the proposals they found most interesting. Check out a glimpse of the results below. The information collected will be used by the Conference Planning Work Group to finalize session selections and overall conference agenda in the coming months.

Environmental Action Conference - July 13-15
Join Earth Force in this three-day workshop to learn our Community Action & Problem Solving Process, a powerful tool to facilitate and integrate student-led action into your environmental education. Participants will learn, model, and practice each step of the Process with emphasis on building youth-adult partnerships, encouraging critical thinking, accessing community resources, approaching stakeholders, and planning and celebrating action. A limited number of scholarships are available. More info

UW-Whitewater Early Childhood Conference - April 3 & 4
The 42^nd Annual UW-Whitewater Early Childhood Conference offers one hour, half day and full-day options featuring an amazing line up of presenters, artists, and early childhood educators! More info

Bottle Filling Station Grants - Due March 27
Through the Cool Water Program, Delta Dental of Wisconsin Foundation will provide grants to replace existing drinking fountains with new water fountain/bottle filling stations at a number of selected schools in Wisconsin. This includes installation, as well as reusable water bottles and toothbrushes for all students and staff. More info
