I am so excited to announce Peace Of Mind Pilates will be moving to a new location!
The new studio is located at 1780 S. Bellaire St. Suite 275, Denver CO 80222.

POM Pilates will continue to offer Pilates Privates, Duets, Small Group Equipment Classes and Mat Classes.

We will also have an on site massage therapist as well as a fitness and style boutique!

NEW Pilates Tower Classes

The Pilates Tower/Reformer equipment is an amazing piece of Pilates equipment!
It it a Pilates Reformer/ Tower unit all in one.
Along with the regular Reformer weekly classes, new Tower classes will be added to the schedule on Wednesdays at 12pm and Fridays at 10am
Imagine every exercise you love on the Pilates Cadillac, now offered on the Pilates Tower in a small group class!
Equipment will be arriving the first and second week of March and all Tower classes will begin after that.

Online Scheduling

Did you know we offer online scheduling and also have an app ?

Simply login to your account via the link you receive at the botton of your confirmation email, or any class link from this email. This will take you to the Mind Body Scheduler. From there login with the email address you receive your confirmation emails or create an account if you don't have on. Then, you can create a password and view your account, schedule, cancel and make class purchases.
Once you create your login on your computer, you can download the Mind Body app in your phone, search for Peace Of Mind Pilates and login. You can then book, cancel and purchase direct from your phone!
Super easy and convenient!

Of course you can always call, text and email the studio too for appointment requests.

FREE YOGA CLASS
March 18th
4pm

This Hatha style yoga class is dedicated to mindful movement and breathing techniques.
This class is perfect for anyone new to Yoga and looking for a calming meditative experience.

2020 Price Changes

There will be a price change for Pilates Private Sessions and Private Packages effective April 2020.
If you are currently on a regular standing schedule with a weekly private this change will not effect you.
You will become a member of the Loyalty Private group.
If you are currently not on a regular schedule with a weekly Pilates private and would like to try a private session, you are able to purchase an unlimited amount of Pilates Privates/Private packages through the month of March to grandfather you in to the Loyalty Private group
New pricing will take effect on April 1, 2020
All pricing for group Equipment and Mat classes will remain the same.
