The non-kosher Sea-Hi Famous Chinese Chop Suey Restaurant will close at 3645 Bathurst St. on March 8—the date was extended due to popular demand—while an different Toronto-area Chinese food fixture is hoping for a better fortune: Kashruth Council of Canada issued a notice to promote Golden Chopsticks, at 7000 Bathurst St. It’s struggled due to false fears of catching the coronavirus from Chinese-Canadian cooking staff.

Judge Judy will end its 25-year run in 2021, as Judy Sheindlin will move to a new show, Judy Justice. She reportedly sought a different deal because of a feud with CBS.
