It's the first Saturday of the month, which means our friends at Sunspark Yoga will be returning with free yoga classes! The first class will be open to anyone and the second is geared towards our kiddos.

Want to try the Spiny Lobster but don't know what to do with it? The amazing Lisa Gilmore is here to help! She is presenting a free cooking demonstration at the farmer's market this Saturday to teach us a delicious lobster recipe, using OC Bakery rolls and lemons from Sunny Cal Farms. Organic Strawberries from Smith Farms
Spring is here, which means that it's berry season! Strawberries are full of vitamins, which make them the perfect snack for a sunny spring day. Smith Farms specializes in organic strawberries that will make your life sweeter.
