The Coronavirus's impact on the world and our supply chains continues to unfold. Our entire team is monitoring and responding to the challenges that the Coronavirus presents. Please let us assure you that Videology is well prepared to continue to supply products to you.
We continue to analyze the possible risks which could impact our supply chain and the shipments to our customers. Our top priority is to make sure that all our employees are safe, and avoid any risk of contamination.
Presently, our entire supply chain is safe, and secure. All our suppliers are operational. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, we remain confident in our ability to secure raw materials and ship product on time. This should continue to be the case for least the next 90 days.
For components from Asia, especially China, we are implementing a screening and disinfecting process for our inbound goods. We have enacted this measure as a safeguard for both our customers and employees. We want to assure everyone involved that Videology products are safe. In the unlikely event that there may be any virus contamination on a component, we’ve neutralized this threat. To safeguard against the virus spread, we use both a UVC light exposure and a heat disinfection processes on incoming materials. Incoming packaging material is also treated before handling, and then disposed.
