The training will discuss specific safety issues involved in handling or working with oiled wildlife; building an understanding of the response process and provides trainees with the basic skills necessary to support a wildlife response. The first day of the training is lecture and discussion in the classroom with a second day of field exercises. The training will provide opportunities for discussion of current and best practice methods.
