Alexandria Library Foundation Anniversary Celebration!
 
There's less than one week to get early bird tickets! 

Honorary Chair Senator Mark Warner and the Alexandria Library Foundation invite you to celebrate the 225th anniversary of the Alexandria Library and the 80th anniversary of the Library Sit-In. The cocktail-style celebration will be on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at the Beatley Central Library.

Besides celebrating these milestones for the library, the purpose of the celebration is to raise funds for materials and programs, especially for young learners and to preserve some of the most important documents in our local history collection. (read more)
