There is a system issue that causing "41-Submit to other processor" to post incorrectly in some cases during the last 2 days. This is more likely if your patient has had recent primary insurance coverage changes.
We are working for a temporary fix to be in place sometime between this evening and Tuesday. If you have claims incorrectly denying for "41-Submit to other processor", please try to re-process the claim later.
If the claim is still denying, please verify insurance information and use your discretion to dispense the medication.
For claims only denying incorrectly for "41-Submit to other processor", these claims will be able to be back billed when the fix is in place. Please note other denials on the claim and handle them as you normally would.
