Kendall and Dian Knight are two of the speakers coming this Spring.
There are some really cool events coming up at the ATCC.
Invite your friends to attend a special series on "Climate Change and Christianity" on April 4 and 15 (Wednesdays). Invite them as well to attend a discussion on "Race and the Church" led by Kendall and Dian Knight on Sunday, April 19. Kendall is an Evangelist at the North River Church of Christ. He and his wife, Dian, have conducted similar workshops at several churches.
The Climate Change series is just part of the new midweek schedule for the Auburn/Opelika ministries. But everyone is invited to attend the midweek events, if they would like to join and their schedule allows it. There will be a Vision Night on Wednesday, March 4. The group will have an inspiring time studying out "Ephesians and Unity" on March 18th and 25th. "Fools for Christ" is the timely topic for April Fool's Day. And then there will be an Earth Day activity on April 22. Many of the midweek events will be held at the Ristretto Coffee Shop in Opelika. (See schedule.)
We're excited to be having a special OutdoorEaster Service at the AU North Pavilion on April 12. Stay tuned for information on meal and activity plans for this day.
And finally, we're planning to have an Alumni Sunday on May 3. All ATCC Alumni are invited, and our speakers will be AU and TU graduates who have been a part of the ATCC. It will be so cool to see our old friends as we celebrate our graduating members!

WANT TO SERVE THE POOR? We're looking for someone to organize an ATCC group to serve at the Way2Serve Community Service Day on March 28. Also, there will be a HOPE worldwide Training Day on Sunday, March 22, after church.
North River is excited to invite all women to “Simplify”
Women’s Day on Saturday, March 21. Arlene Markowski will be
delivering an inspirational TED talk on the theme. She
is an amazing international women's speaker who
currently resides in New York with her husband John
and two teenagers. Arlene and John lead the
Manhattan region in the New York church.
The Women's Day will include a time for worship, guided meditation,
and light refreshments. And in simplifying our lives, we
can also enrich others, so please consider bringing a
donation of women's apparel (gently used or new) that
we can donate to women in need. Register by March 1. Cost $10.
