Spring is right around the corner!

My daffodils are starting to come up, which makes me feel much more connected to the earth as I know it is only a matter of days that I can barefoot it all the time outside.  Grounding, also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth's electrical charges which can have positive effects on your body.
Take some time to get some sun at the sunrise and sunset to keep that circadian rhythm in check, which will help you sleep better, dream more, and decalcify that all important third eye (pineal gland) for better discernment in your life.
