New Classes!

Join us for two new classes aimed at Beginners and students interested in refining their practice. 

Beginner: Flow 1 
Mondays at 9:00 AM with Meagan 
Fridays at 1:15 PM with Rachel 

Our Level 1 classes focus on the fundamental poses and basic transitions between poses with attention to alignment and breath awareness. Great for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, this class focuses on building strength and mobility, moving with intention, and refining alignment.

Art of Relaxation

Continuing Ed: Foam Rolling + Yoga
March 21 | 4:00-6:00 PM
This training with Dan Carter will provide yoga teachers with the benefits and principles of how foam rolling works and how it compliments a yoga practice. We'll explore specific foam rolling exercises with corresponding asana and how you can create a well-rounded class for your students. Register now.

Seasonal Yoga: Spring Renewal

In this quarterly class with Nichole Ferrigno, we examine yogic and self-care practices practices to help us transition with the seasons. The spring season asks us to unfurl from our constricted winter shape so we'll explore heart openers and backbends that invite in fresh energy. Register now.
