In this experiential practice, we begin before meditation; before the action of softening your breath and being witness to presence. This experience is to offer you wisdom of your body’s innate capacity to heal, to live in homeostasis; to support and nourish every thought, every emotion, every perfectly orchestrated moment so that you may thrive.

Before teaching meditation, I ask clients to take a moment to experience what it feels like to hold awareness within their body; to be an observer as they close their eyes and as they place one hand onto their chest (over their heart centre) and the other hand onto their belly.
