With Omaha already identified as a standout suburb, a report out this week from One Roof has stated that "people who have owned a home in Auckland since 2014 and not yet sold it - could be sitting on a quarter of a million dollars or more, at least on paper."
Described as an 'equity gold mine' values in Omaha had risen $725,000 since 2014, compared to the median price across Auckland which was $261,250.
As I've always said, Omaha property will always be in high demand and be a sound investment and we are seeing that proven every day with prices remaining high and increasing year on year.
