The Food
Three courses starting with a small field green salad dressed in a cherry-balsamic vinaigrette. The main event is two kinds of pork: our signature Roast Pork and pork ribs roasted in sauerkraut, also served with sauerkraut. Plus potatoes, carrots and bread. All followed by a spicy bar dipped in chocolate for a tasty finish. $28 (drinks, tax and gratuity not included)

The Beer
This is the season of double bock beer and we have the top choice: Paulaner Salvator. $20 gets you a Paulaner ceramic liter mug full of Paulner Salvator, The mug is yours to keep! Salvator is also available in small and medium mugs, but you can't take those home with you.

The Fun
Bring your beer outside! We'll have a fire pit set up and a hot poker ready to sizzle your beer - and that's not a euphamism! Bock-poking is a traditional late-winter festival activity. It's a delicious transformation that you have to try to believe.
Plus, accordion music and an array of after-dinner drink choices. Can you stand that much fun?

Your Reservation
