A bill that we have not covered in our Action Alerts is SF0110. Here's an update from the Wyoming Outdoor Council:
"Last week we came close to killing SF 110, Evaluating the tax equivalency of federal land in Wyoming, on the Senate floor twice, but it is still moving forward. Its $ 2.5 million price tag was reduced to $500,000, and your emails to senators helped us gain traction — thank you. We’ll build on this momentum and continue to educate representatives that this bill will not deliver on promises to help counties, but instead will devalue our public lands, tourism, outdoor recreation, and public access in the name of privatizing our public lands. You can read more about the issue in this story from the Casper Star-Tribune."
(Note: Senators Coe and Kost both voted NO on this bill. Be sure and thank them. Contact your representative!)

"Better Angels: Reuniting America"
March 14 @ 3:00 pm
 – 4:30 pm

FREE Video screening
Location: Heart Mountain Interpretive Center.

It all began in southwest Ohio, where Trump voters and Clinton voters gathered in our Red/Blue workshops in the weeks and months after the 2016 election. Now, the second workshop and its aftermath have been captured in Better Angels: Reuniting America, a one-hour documentary film by Emmy-winning director Jim Brown.

Better Angels: Reuniting America shows 8 Democratic-leaning voters and 7 Republican-leaning voters moving through a Better Angels signature Red/Blue workshop, from initial skepticism to more profound understanding and empathy. You’ll get an inside look at how a Democratic voter went from threatening to cut off relationships with Trump voters to becoming dear friends with one—and how a Republican voter moved from disdaining progressives to taking co-leadership with one in a movement that now spans the country. There will be light snacks and a Q30-minute discussion following the film.
