As a travel agent, I spend a lot of time talking about destinations. I research the next best place to visit and stay on top on information that travelers need to know. Often clients come to me requesting vacations in certain places because “they’ve heard about this thing that they have to experience.” And that’s what traveling is all about: Experiencing another destination’s culture.

ART

From the classic works of renaissance artists like the Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel to the works of modern creators, the world is full of inspiring art. Planning your next adventure to see these works is a way to truly connect with your creative side.

HISTORY

Perhaps art isn’t your thing, but history is! Can you imagine marveling at the ruins left standing from civilizations long ago? Have you always wanted to explore the home of your ancestors? There are places that call out to us because of the stories they can tell us. Travel empowers us to step into these stories and write our own histories of a place.

FOOD

Are you the one in your group who’s always got a new restaurant to try? Or do you dare to try a new recipe or spices in the kitchen? When we travel, it’s not just about the sights of the destination, but the flavors too! From champagne in France to fish and chips in England, food engages our senses in new ways and makes memories that last long past dessert.
Travel is as much about the places we go as it is about the experiences that we have. It’s my top priority as your travel agent to help you make the most of your time wherever you travels take you.

Have you always wanted to do something like this? Or maybe you’re inspired to learn more? Let’s set up a time to chat!

For centuries, ships have made the world go ‘round. Long before we took to the skies or chugged along in trains, ships allowed people to see the world and travel to new places. Though ships have long been a part of our culture, the last few decades have brought a huge transformation to how we sail.

Today’s cruise ships have the latest technology and advancements to ensure that you and everyone who sets sail can have the safest and most enjoyable vacation possible wherever you choose to travel.

Taking Care of Passengers and the Planet

We’ve come a long way since the steam ships of yesterday. Today, cruise lines have their eye on the health of their planet and of their passengers. Cruise lines are building new Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) ships, committing to using less plastic on board, and recycling materials whenever possible. On board, ships have expanded hand washing stations and sanitizing stations to ensure every cruiser stays healthy while they travel.

Expanding Itineraries

Along with advancements in sustainability, cruise lines have also continued to craft new itineraries and ships to inspire people to see the world. In particular, the industry has seen a huge expansion of river cruising. These itineraries provide cruisers with the chance to see more of Europe and have immersive experiences with the convenience of only having to unpack once.

Fun for Everyone

The world of ocean cruising is also abuzz this month with Virgin Voyages first ship, the Scarlet Lady, setting sail. (Check out this brochure!!) This adults-only cruise line is set to rock the boat and take cruising to a whole new level. New ships from Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Line will be making a splash with families when they debut later this year.

We’ve made a lot of progress in sailing the world, and there’s always something new around the corner. Call or email me today to find out what’s new in cruise and how you can experience it for yourself!
The cold months are nearly over, and we’re headed into some of the busiest travel months of the year. As schools around the country let students and their families escape for spring break, destinations around the globe are preparing for spring and summer travel.

If you’re like most people, when you hear spring break or summer vacation, you picture days at the beach with plenty of sand, sun, and surf. But that kind of vacation isn’t for everyone. Never fear, there’s a big wide world of destinations for you to explore!

Across the Atlantic

From historic sites to modern fashion, European cities inspire travelers all over the world to visit. Before you consider taking a trip to Europe, it’s important to think about the countries and experiences that interest you most.

Do you want to see the sweeping green fields of Ireland? Or perhaps you dream of tasting authentic Italian cuisine. Or is seeing the City of Lights from the top of the Eiffel Tower at the top of your bucket list? Have you always dreamed of exploring Germany’s fairy tale castles in real life?

There’s still plenty of time to make these experiences your reality in the fall of 2020!
Adventure Down Under

If Europe doesn’t appeal to you, or if you have the “been there, done that” Europe mentality, maybe it’s time to visit the Land Down Under! The devastating wildfires that affected Australia earlier this year made headlines, but many of the country’s popular destinations remain unharmed.

Australia is a vibrant country where you can explore its cities full of world-class museums, music, and cultural experiences. Or, explore the wondrous outdoors with an exotic outback tour or a self-driving tour of the world-renown Gold Coast! Either way, you’re sure to make memories you will treasure for years to come.
I understand that traveling to Europe or Australia can make some people hesitate. It can feel daunting and potentially unattainable. But that’s why you have me! I have the expertise to navigate through the planning and travel process, the connections to the greatest travel operators, and the flexible planning options to show you how it’s financially possible. Together, we can craft a trip that checks all your boxes.

Don’t let another year pass you by! Let’s talk about your great escape!
