Promotion Alert!
Please join us in congratulating Rich on his promotion to Assistant Bar Manager!
Rich was one of the first people we hired and joined The Malted Barley about a month prior to us opening, being with us full time ever since. He also has the distinction of having worked every position/job during his tenure, FOH as well as BOH!!
He is a Level 2 Certified Cicerone and loves his wife and dog even more than beer. If Rich is not at the Barley, it is usually a safe bet he is either at a brewery or making some of his wicked home brews!
Moving forward, Rich will be getting more and more involved with managing shifts as well as behind the scene responsibilities that make it all work. Rich has also had a lot of input, making suggestions on our beer lineup!
