How Our Team Can Help During & After the Pandemic

TechHelp's Team of Manufacturing and New Product Development Specialists are available for virtual and on-site engagements as needed.

  • TechHelp’s Food Manufacturing Team has continued to work with a cohort of small food manufacturers in our Idaho Food Safety Cooperative Program.  As the virus situation escalated, our specialists evolved the course to a totally virtual model. Our specialists are still providing limited on-site services under the following guidelines:
    • The industry/product is essential.
    • The client is comfortable proceeding and provides proper safety precautions.
    • The TechHelp specialist is comfortable going in based on the specialist’s health situation.
  • Our sister center in Iowa, CIRAS at Iowa State University, is providing educational guides and direct support for food manufacturers to help them plan, prepare, protect, and recover their operations.  TechHelp offers many of the same services.
