"I love its simplicity and I can also see the impact it will have in my life and my teams' life not only in the work place but also in our personal lives"
LIFT’s leadership learning process is based on eight key leadership values: Listening, Positive Attitude, Respect, Competence, Dedication & Determination, Empathy & Understanding, Accountability, and Honesty & Integrity.
LIFT Ireland believes that the best way to influence positive change in our country is to re-examine the way in which we view and enact leadership in our schools, communities, at home, and in our businesses.
Central to LIFT’s learning process are the leadership circles or roundtables. During these sessions, participants are given space to reflect on the eight leadership values using a well-established 5-step-method.
LIFT stands for ‘Leading Ireland’s Future Together’ and was built on a desire to change the country for the better by changing the way people view leadership.
If you are interested in becoming involved or simply learning more about this powerful and simple process, LIFT Ireland, in cooperation with DLR, are hosting a half day Leadership & Facilitator Training workshop on the 6th March in Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel, Killiney. At the end of this session, you will become part of their growing network of 800+ facilitators who are changing corporate and community cultures to the benefit of all.
By becoming a LIFT Facilitator, you are becoming a central part of a national initiative designed to raise the standards of personal leadership in Ireland, and by doing that, raising the standards of life for all people living on our island.
At the end of the event, attendees will be given a LIFT Ireland Facilitator Certificate and be ready to hold their first leadership roundtable and start their journey on changing their companies' culture where people and businesses thrive.
