Brighton's Biggest Food Awards Return

Brighton's biggest food and drink awards, the BRAVOs, have returned for their fourth year, and voting has just passed the halfway stage. With 18,000 public votes so far and 130,000 web hits, voting continues until March 15th so there is still plenty of time to get involved.

See all 16 categories here.

Get in touch with the BRAVO team for more information.

The BRAVOs (which stands for Brighton Restaurant Awards Vote Online) are the only entirely publicly generated food and drink awards in the city.

Diner Scam BEWARE!

A message from the Brighton Restaurant Association.

"It is a sad fact that you, as an individual and/or a business, have most likely been targeted and perhaps fallen victim to scammers over the years. One particular 'gentleman' has been brought to our (Brighton Restaurant Association) attention who has been emailing restaurants claiming to have been ill after a meal. This 'gentleman' has been found to have been targeting restaurants since at least 2017 and has, in the past week, targeted more than 15 of the city's restaurants.

If you too have had an email of this sort, please send over the details to
kate@market-restaurantbar.co.uk who will be able to tell you if it's the same person and what to do next."
