Photo Time Slots:
- Please refer to www.IrvineRanchLL.org for Picture Time schedule on Opening Day
- Challenger Picture time is 7:30AM
- Team Admin to coordinate a team bat for photo prop
Volunteer Hours:
- Quickly finish off your 6 volunteer hours by helping on Opening Day
- 3 volunteer hours credit per 1-hour shift at Opening Day as Info Table Helper or Concession Helper
- Info Table Helper to sell raffle tickets – EASY! 2 hours and you’re done for the season!
- Concession Helper to sell snacks – EASY! 2 hours and you’re done for the season!

Uniform:
- Please see us at Information Table on Opening Day for uniform issues you have already reported
- We will not be able to accommodate ad hoc uniform requests during opening day due to the number of people and activities
- Coaches Jerseys available for pickup at Opening Day at Information Table
Parade Line-Up at 9:45 AM:
- Coordinate with your Coach/Team Admin to line up promptly at 9:45 AM for that very special Instagram moment!
- Parade and Ceremony begins 10:00 AM
