Drink Philly’s Mad Hatter Whiskey Tea Party is back, and this year, it's sure to be bigger and better than ever. This totally unique event will be held on Leap Day, Saturday, February 29 at the historic Stotesbury Mansion in Rittenhouse for the 2020 edition, and it's sure to be a unique evening of fun, fantastical costumes, and extraordinary cocktails.
