JULIE brings stakeholders together - This January, JULIE, Inc. (Illinois One-Call System) held an official Utility Coordination Meeting, where all member facility owners, contract locators and other stakeholders came together to share what major projects were planned for 2020. This would help avoid problems like tickets surges, late tickets, staffing problems and other potential issues that could increase the probability of damages. Planet Underground was at the meeting, and interviewed JULIE Executive Director Mark Frost to learn more about the one-call center's' goals and plans.
