Greetings from the YWAM Refugee Circle!

We wanted to let you know about the YRC Gathering that will be taking place 25-28 May, 2020!
 

This year we felt the Lord leading us to meet in Cyprus, to be “immersed” in the Mediterranean, and to be an encouragement to our workers in the region. This gathering will be a time where we can Refresh, Renew, Refill, Refocus, Reconnect and even Recruit. Integrated into this gathering will be an extended time of worship and intercession with our YWAM Cyprus family. 

We invite you to pray about joining us in the Med and also to encourage other YWAMers engaged in refugee ministries to come as well. Often we are too busy in our own daily life/ministry to know what others are doing within the various ministries and locations of YWAM. By coming together we can support and encourage one another, while also sharing about the needs on the field.

Some of you may have tools that could be shared while others of you may need access to different resources. We know that God will be glorified through this synergy and that both the displaced and the workers will be strengthened through our time together!

Logistical details: Our YWAM family in Cyprus has secured the Flamingo Beach Hotel in Larnaca for our gathering.

Early Bird Registration Fee (1 Feb - 31 March): 100€ 

Late Registration Fee (After 1 April): 120€ 

*Registration fee covers lunch and dinner meals for the four days we are together at the hotel.

Start time: Monday, 9am - 25th May through Thursday, 9pm - 28 May

(Breakfast, travel and accommodations expenses are the responsibility of individual registrants) 

The hotel accommodation is to be booked directly with the hotel through email flamingohotel@cytanet.com.cy , be sure you mention “YWAM” in the subject of the email to  access preferred pricing. The hotel has reserved 20 rooms for us, so it is first come, first served! There are nearby hotels and AirBnB locations if the Flamingo Beach Hotel sells out, or other rooms within the hotel at the normal nightly rate
