A developer is proposing a rooftop movie theater, outdoor bar, and dining on top of the parking garage at 1212 Lincoln Project. This would require a zoning change that must be approved by the city commission. This new building extends one block, from 16th Street to Lincoln Road. - Alcohol served before movie, during movie and even when there is no movie
- Movies 7 nights a week
- Unknown - hours of operation, maximum occupancy
- Rooftop Cinema Club, at other locations, is more than a movie. Includes movie sing-a-longs, dances, raffles, and dress-up contests

Bebito's Cafe will be providing complimentary refreshments at the March 3rd WAvNA meeting. Bebito's is a brand new coffee shop serving delicious pastries and healthy sandwiches & salads. Located at 1504 Bay Road inside the newly renovated Flamingo Point residential complex where there are many comfortable seating options inside and outdoors.
